Owner/Stylist Cindy Bui created Ice Salon in 2018 as a place where stylists and guests could find a sense of community where amazing hair is the top priority. We strive to provide each and every client with their dream hair in a chic, positive environment.

I was born and raised in Vietnam. I came to the United States at the age of 17 with empty hands and pockets. I left behind the only country I knew and the most amazing, supportive grandmother who raised me, all to better my life. The only thing I had was a dream in the beauty industry to be the best of the best, and one day own the best!
I joined the beauty industry at age 19. Since graduating, I have continued my education by attending classes and hair shows all over the country, I have also been fortunate enough to take that knowledge and teach classes to other inspired hairstylists.
Being the salon owner, I promise that my team and I will dedicate all of our time and attention to every client who walks through the salon doors and exceed their expectations in making them not only look beautiful but also feel beautiful!

Samantha Steers
My interest in hair sparked at a young age. My aunt had her own salon while I was growing up in upstate New York, and some of my fondest memories are with her. When I was twelve I was already picking up the brush to touch up on my aunt's highlights.

I graduated from Pinnacle in 2020 and started shadowing Cindy while I was finishing school. I started working at Ice Salon immediately after I graduated from cosmetology school, and have been building my book here since!

I have a love for amazing color transformations and love custom coloring extensions to personally match each client for a seamless look. I want to make all my clients feel beautiful inside and out!

Christina Botta
I moved here from Long Island, New York at the start of 2021. I now reside in Lake Norman, and I'm absolutely loving it here! I started cosmetology school in North Carolina when I moved and found my calling behind the chair.

When it comes to hair, I love everything blonding - which is one of the reasons why I wanted to work here at Ice Salon. I started my career as an assistant stylist to Cindy just a few days after I graduated from cosmetology school, and I could not be more thankful for the opportunity to work with such a talented specialist in this field.
My goal as a stylist is to make all of my clients feel like their most beautiful selves.
